Our Synthetic Cane furniture is UV resistant and it is designed for endurance and crafted to maintain its charm. We offer a 3-year warranty against issues such as fading, cracking, or peeling, so your furniture retains its beauty for years.
EPOXY COATED ALUMINIUM
All our aluminium furniture features a durable, protective Epoxy Coated finish that guards against corrosion. This finish comes with a 2-year warranty, ensuring it stands up to the elements with ease.
OUTDOOR FABRICS
Recognizing the challenges posed by outdoor use, we provide a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty on all outdoor fabrics. This warranty covers fading, weakening, and other issues caused by sunlight, mildew, or environmental exposure. Kindly retain proof of purchase for any claims.
ROPE FURNITURE
• Materials: The rope materials we use are warrantied for 2 years, covering issues like stretching or abrasion.
• Craftsmanship: Rope weaving is backed by a 2-year warranty, ensuring long-lasting quality and aesthetic appeal.
Product pricing is subject to change without notice. We will notify you via email if an item’s prices change after your order has been placed.
Please note that while we make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, the actual colours and finishes may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
UMBRELLA WARRANTIES
• Fabric: Our umbrellas are made with high-performance outdoor fabrics, protected by a 1-year warranty against defects.
• Hardware: Umbrella hardware is covered by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing faults.
METAL FRAMES
• Aluminium: We are confident in the resilience of our aluminium and stainless steel frames, which are backed by a 3-year guarantee against rust or oxidisation.
• Mild Steel Frames: For inland or protected use, our mild steel frames carry a 1-year warranty against corrosion when used in suitable environments. It is not recommended for Coastal regions.
• Craftsmanship: All frame workmanship is guaranteed for 3 years, reflecting our commitment to high-quality construction.
Warranty Claims
If you experience any issues with your IKONIK Luxury Furniture: Please Contact our sales team with details of the problem and Provide Proof by emailing clear photographs of the issue along with your original invoice for faster processing.
It is Important to Note that Transportation costs for repairs are not included under the warranty.
• On-site repairs may be subject to call-out fees.
• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or weather conditions like wind storms is not covered.
• Following the care and maintenance guidelines is essential, as failure to do so may void the warranty.
