1. Delivery Overview
Ikonik Luxury Furniture delivers nationwide across South Africa. Based in KwaZulu-Natal, we work with trusted third-party logistics partners to ensure your furniture arrives safely and on time.
- All items are made to order
- Lead time: 4–8 weeks, depending on order size and complexity
- Items are delivered fully assembled via a third-party courier
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
- Someone must be available at the delivery address during these hours
2. Delivery Fees
A base delivery fee of R400 applies to all orders nationwide.
- KwaZulu-Natal: R400 flat rate, no additional charges regardless of product weight
- All other provinces: R400 base fee + additional charges that vary depending on location and product weight

3. Delivery Zones
We deliver to all nine provinces across South Africa. Pricing varies by zone based on distance from our KwaZulu-Natal base and product weight.

4. Important Delivery Information
- We can only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa
- We do not currently offer international shipping
- Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct and complete
- A valid contact number is required for the delivery team to reach you
- Large or heavy items may require additional handling time
5. Damaged Goods
Please inspect your furniture upon delivery. Any damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

- Clear photographs of the affected area(s)
We will arrange a resolution—repair, replacement, or credit—as quickly as possible.

How long will my delivery take?
All Ikonik Luxury Furniture pieces are made to order. Lead times are typically 4–8 weeks depending on the size and complexity of your order. Items are delivered fully assembled via a third-party courier. Customers in KwaZulu-Natal generally receive their orders sooner.
How much does delivery cost?
A base delivery fee of R400 applies to all orders. For customers in KwaZulu-Natal, this is a flat rate with no additional charges. For other provinces, additional fees may apply based on location and product weight. Contact us at sales@ikonik.co.za for a quote.
Can I track my order?

What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If you notice any damage, report it within 24–48 hours by emailing sales@ikonik.co.za with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only deliver within South Africa. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
