Crafted for You
At Ikonik, each piece is meticulously handcrafted, ensuring that no two items are exactly alike. Variations in texture, finish, and tone are inherent to our artisanal process and are to be celebrated. Product images on our website serve as visual references; your unique piece may exhibit its own distinct character.
Custom Orders
Your vision, our craftsmanship. Custom orders are created specifically for you, reflecting your choices in materials and design. To commence production promptly, we require a 60% non-refundable deposit at the time of order. As these pieces are tailored to your specifications, cancellations, modifications, or returns are not permitted. The remaining balance is due upon dispatch.
Payment Details
For your security, a temporary authorization (R0.01 or R1.00) may appear on your card statement; this will be lifted within 3–7 days, depending on your bank. For standard orders, your card is charged the full amount during checkout. Custom orders require a 60% deposit upfront, with the balance charged when your order is ready to ship.
Delivery Information
We offer free delivery across South Africa. Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate, especially if you have multiple residences. It’s your responsibility to confirm that purchased items can be accommodated through all access points in your home. Refer to our sizes of each product on their respective product pages.
Product Availability
We strive to provide accurate product availability information. Should there be any changes to the availability of a product you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email.
Pricing & Information Disclaimer
All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include the applicable 15% Value-Added Tax (VAT). We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing, product descriptions, and availability information. However, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing or descriptive error, we reserve the right to correct such errors and to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.
